Heart & Canvas helps people understand themselves and others through a neurodivergent-affirming lens.
Whether you’re seeking counseling, exploring your own neurotype, or learning how to better support the minds around you, you are welcome here.
Our work begins with understanding — not labels. You can expect:
Practical insight that helps you translate awareness into everyday change
Gentle curiosity instead of judgment
Collaborative exploration instead of one-size-fits-all answers

For ongoing therapeutic work focused on emotional regulation, anxiety, self-worth, trauma, and identity. Sessions are collaborative, paced around your nervous system, and rooted in acceptance and curiosity.

For individuals or professionals seeking guidance around neurodivergence, executive functioning, or aligning daily rhythms with personal values. These sessions are more conversational and exploratory than traditional therapy.

Structured screening and educational assessments to help identify neurodivergent traits or patterns — such as ADHD, autism, trauma, and perfectionism — so you can advocate for yourself and understand what supports you best.

I’m Corrine Kuehner, LMHCA — a neurodivergent counselor and educator based in Washington State.
Heart & Canvas grew from the belief that difference isn’t disorder, but its own beautiful lens. I help people and professionals understand themselves and others through compassion, curiosity, and practical skill-building.
With master’s degrees in Counseling and Teaching and over a decade of experience supporting neurodivergent adults and children, I combine evidence-based approaches with lived empathy.
You don’t have to mask or fit a mold to deserve understanding—you just have to show up as you are.
